Tasks
Independent handling of inheritance and family law mandates

Long-term support and advice for our clients - both in and out of court

Perspective on the development and co-design of the inheritance and family law department

Close cooperation with the firm's notaries

Prospect of partnership with appropriate development
Requirements
-
preferably career starters or with initial experience
-
Completed second state examination in law - preferably satisfactory or better
-
Interest in inheritance and/or family law and the will to specialize in this field
-
High level of commitment, team spirit and sense of responsibility
-
Enjoyment of personal client support and long-term development of client relationships
Advantages

Full-time permanent position (part-time possible by arrangement)

Assumption of the costs for further training and the specialist lawyer course in inheritance and/or family law

Tasks

Independent preparation, processing and monitoring of notarial deed transactions

Drafting and reviewing complex contracts (e.g. in the areas of real estate law, inheritance law, company law)

Independent deadline and appointment management

Organization and quality management in the notary's office

Support for the training of junior staff
Requirements

Further training as a notary specialist or equivalent qualification
